1. Service Content

Dahong Voiceover APP uses its own systems to provide users with services such as prompt-device voice creation, management, and voice replacement through mobile Bluetooth over the internet. To use the Service, users need to download the Dahong Voiceover client software. Users must also:

1. Prepare the equipment required for internet access at their own expense, including personal computers, modems, or other necessary internet access devices.
2. Bear the telephone fees, network fees, and other costs related to personal internet access for this Service.
3. In view of the importance of the services provided by Dahong Voiceover APP, users agree to:
   1. Provide detailed and accurate personal information.
   2. Continuously update registration information so that it remains timely, detailed, and accurate. If the registration information you provide is illegal or untrue, you shall bear the resulting responsibilities and consequences, and the Company reserves the right to terminate your use of all Yili Cloud Business services.
4. To prevent others from registering or using the Service under your identity, Dahong Doorbell APP may send an SMS message to your mobile phone for verification. Any SMS fees incurred will be paid by the Company, and you do not need to pay any fees.

2. Provision, Modification, and Termination of Services

1. You warrant that when you agree to accept this agreement and become a Dahong Voiceover APP user, you are at least 18 years old and are a natural person with full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct.
2. While accepting the Company's services, you agree to receive various information services provided by the Company and authorize the Company to send commercial information to you by email, mobile phone, and other methods.

1. When you use AI ad copy generation features, we may collect the text content you voluntarily enter in the input box, as well as the generation settings you select, such as category, style, language, and desired length.
2. To provide AI ad copy generation, we may submit the above text content and necessary generation settings to Alibaba Cloud AI services for processing. Alibaba Cloud AI is used only to generate the ad copy result requested by you.
3. We will not submit your photos, camera content, microphone recordings, location information, Bluetooth device information, contacts, passwords, bank card numbers, ID numbers, or other unrelated sensitive information to Alibaba Cloud AI.
4. Before submitting your entered text and generation settings to Alibaba Cloud AI, the app will display a notice and request your consent. If you do not agree, the AI ad copy generation feature will not be used.
5. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in the AI ad copy input box. The generated content is for reference only, and you should review it before use.

4. User Conduct Rules

Unless permitted by law or with the Company's written permission, you may not engage in any of the following acts while using this software:

1. Delete copyright information from this software and its copies.
2. Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this software.
3. Use, lease, lend, copy, modify, link to, reprint, compile, publish, distribute, or create mirror sites for content in which the Company owns intellectual property rights.
4. Copy, modify, add, delete, hook, run, or create any derivative works from this software, data released into any terminal memory during operation of this software, interaction data between the client and server during software operation, or system data required for software operation. Such forms include but are not limited to using plug-ins, add-ons, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access this software and related systems.
5. Modify or forge instructions or data during software operation to add, delete, or change software functions or operating effects, or operate or publicly disseminate software or methods used for the above purposes, regardless of whether such acts are for commercial purposes.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. The laws and regulations of the place where Dahong Voiceover APP is registered shall govern this agreement and any disputes arising between the parties to this agreement, unless the law specifies that another jurisdiction's laws apply.
2. In any civil action or other proceeding in which a contracting party seeks to enforce rights under this agreement or seeks a declaration of any rights or obligations under this agreement, each contracting party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and expenses.
3. The interpretation language of this agreement shall be Chinese.
4. The Company may provide this agreement or any other documents, information, and messages to partners in multiple languages. This agreement provides that partners shall acknowledge and confirm that the Company's working language is Chinese. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between non-Chinese expressions and Chinese expressions in any documents, information, or messages, the Chinese documents, information, and messages shall prevail.

6. Disclaimer

1. Dahong Voiceover APP is intended to provide customers with transaction and visit services. The platform is not responsible for your personal losses and will not be responsible for fees and expenses incurred from your use of a personal system for transactions.
2. All product transaction instructions generated by users through a personal configured transaction system shall be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must understand and agree that all risks arising from the use of a personal configured transaction system and transaction-following system based on information provided by Yili Cloud Business shall be borne by you. This website is not responsible for instructions from transaction systems. You shall bear all consequences arising from the use of a personal configured transaction program. This website will not be responsible for your losses, nor for fees and expenses incurred from your use of a personal system for transactions.
3. Dahong Voiceover APP does not guarantee that you will make a profit based on transaction strategies provided by Dahong Voiceover APP or through the use of a personal configured transaction system. In addition, Dahong Voiceover APP will not be liable for any customer losses caused by delays or negligence of third parties, such as the company providing this service or partner brokers.
4. The platform shall not bear any responsibility for temporary or partial inability to provide services caused by communication lines provided by telecommunications operators or by force majeure.
5. For personal data leakage, loss, theft, or tampering caused by force majeure affecting normal network operations, such as hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or outbreaks, or temporary shutdowns caused by government control, the platform shall take timely remedial measures but shall not bear any responsibility.
